1. otherwise 달리, 별도로

otherwise는 '만약 그렇지 않으면'의 뜻으로만 알고 있었다. 하지만 '달리', '별도로' '~와는 다르게'라는 의미도 있으므로 unless otherwise noted에서 unless와 의미가 중복되지 않는다.
2. unless otherwise noted 달리 언급이 없으면
unless otherwise noted는 줄여서 UON.으로 표기하기도 한다.
아래 예문 외에도 unless otherwise agreed (별도로 합의된 사항이 없으면) 등이 있다.

The charges will be invoiced to the Applicant unless otherwise advised.
달리 알려주지 않으면 요금은 신청자에게 청구될 것입니다.
